Third, We are welcome you visit to test the quality. Or ask SGS or TUV to inspect the goods. And if the order more than 50k USD this charge we will afford.
Fourth, we have our own IS09001, CE and TUV certificate. We can be trust.
Q: What is your trading term?
A: We can accept O/A 30 or 60 days. If your company is real a company can be trust. As usual our payment is 30% T/T as deposit and70% T/T against the copy of B/L.We offer discount for big quantity.
Q: Can I have a sample order ?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: week for sample, mass production time needs 1-4 weeks depends on order quantity.
Q: Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Low MOQ, 100pc as sample order is available.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 2%. Secondly,
during the guarantee period, for defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Q:Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer's logo and packing design.
